Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Fees

6. Delivery Address Requirement

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including:

  • Full name

  • Mobile number

  • City and district

  • Building number and street

  • Saudi National Address or Short Address

From 2026, courier companies require a valid National Address for deliveries in Saudi Arabia, otherwise shipments may be delayed or rejected.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers within Saudi Arabia.

Additional COD fees may apply.
